Mr. Blaine has been employed in the Rock Mechanics & Explosives Research Center for over 23 years. He helps students with thesis projects; teaches shop procedures and equipment operation to students for hands-on experience; designs and constructs equpiment for in and out of town research. he operates high pressure waterjets, heavy moving equipment, and has a CDL license. During his time here he has acquired patents on nozzle design and waterjet surgury apparatus for the removal of melanoma cancer.
